The District 3 of Bucharest has in administration an area of over 700 hectares of land available for investments, provided with all the needed urban facilities. Thereby, the local authority operates one of the major areas where Bucharest will develop in the coming years. From a demographic perspective, the District 3 has the largest number of inhabitants compared to all other areas of the capital, the population approaching 475,000 inhabitants. In those circumstances, the eastern part of Bucharest will develop greatly in the medium and long term, some areas like the exit to the Sun Highway, the proximity of Titan Park or Dristor neighborhood benefiting already of foreign investment in commercial centers and residential buildings.
