The architecture office Dico & Ţigănaş in Cluj-Napoca gets involved, during this period, in achieving the technical plans for the construction of stadiums Ion Oblemenco in Craiova and Tudor Vladimirescu, in Târgu Jiu. Also, the founding members arh. Şerban Ţigănaş (Chairman) and arh. Florin Dico (CEO) are working to regenerate a former industrial platform (CUG) and also to several housing projects in Cluj-Napoca and two new industry objectives which are developing in Transylvania. Among the projects already under construction, involving Dico & Ţigănaş, there are an office building developed on the former location of textile factory Flamura, a residential complex, an elementary school, new headquarters building for the company, etc.
