The German group Heberger, which has built in Romania Bucharest Business Park, Băneasa Airport Tower, Floreasca Business Park and German District Residenz housing complex, reported in the last year at the national level a turnover of 8.3 million euro, more than six times higher than in 2013. For the current year, the company has proposed to overcome the threshold of 10 million euro. The company is a subsidiary of Heberger Bau group from Schifferstadt, Germany and entered the Romanian market in 2004, when it built Bucharest Business Park in a contract with the Czech firm Portland Trust. This fruitful cooperation has continued, by the project Bucharest West Logistics, located on the highway Bucharest-Piteşti.
