Impact Developer & Contractor will complete in December 2014, the construction works of three buildings (P+5E) out of the nine started during this summer, in a new stage of Greenfield residential ensemble, which will be accomplished in the North of Bucharest, near Băneasa forest. According to the company, the other six buildings will be completed in February 2015. Since November, Impact works on other nine buildings P+5E, as part of the same project. So far, 670 housing have been built in the Greenfield project, sold to the extent of 96%. The entire complex will be developed in the next seven years and will include 6,000 apartments.
